Proverbs (20:12) we read,...
In Proverbs (20:12) we read, "The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord hath made even both of them." Years ago my eyesight was very poor, so that I could not see to read.
A doctor asked one of my family if I would have anything material done for them. He was told that the healing would have to come through spiritual means. One Sunday morning I had a hard time finding my way downstairs, and at mealtime I could not see what was served me. Mortal mind suggested, "This means an operation," and I answered, "Yes, the operation of Truth."
For the first time I realized that it was the error in my thinking that needed to be healed. After church that morning, while trying to mark my books for the week, I felt a sharp pain over my eyes, and I cried out, "I can see." Since this healing I have never had use for glasses.
