Christian Science healed me and transformed my life from utter hopelessness and despair to health and success. Ten years ago I was living with relatives. I had no income and no hope of being able to earn a living. The physicians said that I had heart trouble and other complications and that I must lie down several times each day. I had lost much weight.

I had tried to study the Bible, but it seemed only to increase my confusion. One Sunday my mother suggested that we go to church; we had not attended any church for a number of years. We found a little white house nearby in which services of a Church of Christ, Scientist, were being held, and I can see now that we were being guided by divine Love. It was proved in my case that "man's extremity is God's opportunity."

When I heard the Tenets read from page 15 of the Manual of The Mother Church by Mrs. Eddy (it being Communion Sunday) I knew without any mental reservation that I had found what I had been searching for, and I was healed.
