Deep gratitude for the benefits received through the study, understanding, and demonstration of Christian Science impels this testimony. It is my hope that it may help and encourage others as I have been helped an encouraged by testimonies appearing in the Christian Science periodicals.

I became interested in Christian Science through observing its good effect on a member of my family. When one day he handed me a copy of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy opened to page 128 and asked me to read the paragraph under the marginal heading entitled, "Practical Science," I realized that here was something I had long been seeking, and I bought a copy of the book. The study of it in connection with the Bible transformed my thinking and changed my entire outlook on life.
