I have been greatly benefited by reading the testimonies in the Christian Science periodicals. For over fifteen years I have relied wholly on Christian Science for the healing of problems of every kind, and I can truthfully testify that when this truth has been honestly applied, all problems have vanished.

I have been healed of chronic sinus infection by reading the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. Influenza, blood poisoning, and sick headaches have been overcome in my experience through Science treatment, sometimes with the aid of practitioners and sometimes through my own understanding. Athlete's foot, which appeared after swimming in a pool, was very real and troublesome to me for over two years. One night, when returning from a helpful and inspiring Wednesday evening testimony meeting, I felt exalted, for I had glimpsed the perfection of spiritual man as revealed by Mary Baker Eddy. I worked to see the perfect man, and I forgot all about the condition which had troubled me. When I noticed my legs again a few days later, they were perfectly healed and have remained so.

Recently I was healed of the effects of a black widow spider bite, which had seemed quite serious. With the help of a practitioner I was able to do my regular household duties in about three or four days, and the visible effects gradually disappeared. About four years ago water got into my ears, and my hearing became impaired. I had work done by faithful practitioners, but the difficulty did not yield. Several winters ago, while attending a Christian Science lecture, I was very much impressed by the need of seeing the unreality of the material senses. Soon after this an article appeared in the Sentinel which brought out the necessity for the expectancy of good. I resolved to put this into practice. In a few days my hearing was noticeably improved, and it is now normal.
