Healing of abscess. True growth shown to be spiritual

Christian Science came into my life in 1918 at the close of the First World War. And with it came untold blessings and healings, a broader outlook on life, and my purpose for existing.

Through the help of a practitioner, together with my reading and application of the truth given to us in the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I was healed of an abscess of the lung after friends predicted that I would live only a short time.

Christ Jesus said (John 8:32), "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." I have proved this in more than one experience. A large cyst on my lower eyelid disappeared through my application of the truth, through knowing that there is no material growth, for the only true growth is spiritual. Anything God does not make has no foundation. A large seed wart and many other warts disappeared from my hand through my using the same truth.
