Study removes warts, heals kidney disorder

I thank God for Christian Science. It came into my life over twenty-seven years ago. At that time I was reaching out for a larger concept of God than the one I had been taught from a child by Christian parents. As the years passed by, I feared more than loved my concept of God.

A friend with whom I was working, sensing my need, gave me some pamphlets containing authorized lectures on Christian Science. I read them and became so impressed with their clear logic that I purchased a copy of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. Then this friend showed me how to study the Lesson-Sermons found in the Christian Science Quarterly.

As I gained a clearer understanding of God and His love for me and all mankind, I lost my fear of Him and began to reverence Him more and more. Continuing my study and striving to put into practice this new understanding. I was awakened to the fact that I was healed of a kidney disorder of long standing. A stubborn case of tonsillitis which had troubled me every year was healed. Also warts, which I had tried to remove from my hands by various material means without success, disappeared.
