In gratitude for the many blessings...

In gratitude for the many blessings which the study of Christian Science has brought to me, I give this testimony in the hope that it may benefit someone as I myself have been helped by the perusal of testimonies published in our periodicals.

I did not take up the study of Science for physical healing, but as the result of its introduction to our home for a member of our family whom the doctor had failed to cure. This relative was healed in due course. It did not take me long to recognize that all minor troubles such as bruises received while playing football, stiffness after long rides on horseback, and such like, could be quickly and perfectly removed by the application of the truth as explained in Christian Science. In later years, as my understanding of Truth increased, I have found it a great comfort to receive divine Mind's guidance and protection in my work as a farmer.

I regard it a great privilege to he a member of The Mother Church and also of a small Christian Science group in my home town.
