I should like to testify to the healing power of Christian Science. While reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I was healed of stomach trouble of long standing. This healing has been permanent; it occurred over fifteen years ago. I have also been healed of burns and of a bad cut on my hand. When the thought came to me that my true selfhood does not live in matter but in Spirit and therefore cannot be cut or injured, the wound dried and healed instantaneously.

A wonderful healing of throat trouble came as the result of studying Mrs. Eddy's words on page 20 of "Unity of Good": "First: God never made evil. Second: He knows it not. Third: We therefore need not fear it." I have been free from this trouble now for over three years, whereas previously I suffered from it every winter.

I enjoy better health than ever before and am continuously grateful. Among other blessings I include the loving help of Scientists in time of need, and the instruction which our two sons, who both served in His Majesty's Forces, received in the Christian Science Sunday School. They enjoyed the Science literature which was sent them during the war years, and it was a great comfort to me to remember that in reality they could not be separated from our Father-Mother God.
