I am grateful to Christian Science for the comfort and guidance it has given me and my family, and for the many healings we have received through the realization that God is our Father-Mother, and that there is nothing to fear under His loving care.

The healing of a badly poisoned thumb gives me cause for much gratitude. I suffered no pain, but I was very fearful. The day after treatment was given by a practitioner, the infected part of the thumb drained and fell away, leaving new skin underneath.

The spiritual uplift I received was more to me than the physical healing. Fear was destroyed, and there was left no doubt in my mind that Christian Science is the truth which heals. After this experience I became a member of a branch church, and later of The Mother Church, for which privileges I am truly grateful. My sixteen-year-old daughter has been reared without any resort to materia medica. It has been a great privilege to rely for healing on this wonderful truth, revealed to us by Christ Jesus, the Wayshower, and our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.
