Highways
God's
highways stretch before us
Our upward step to lead;
No one can curb our going,
Or quick advance impede.
His promises uphold us;
His everlasting arm
Is round about, beneath us,
To shield us from all harm.
There will be no retardment,
Our progress will be sure
When thought is rightly patterned
By purpose that is pure.
