I have long desired to express my gratitude for all the blessings which Christian Science has brought into my life.

When this wonderful Science was first presented to me, I was passing through deep waters on account of the illness of my young son. The physicians had shown much consideration and were doing all that they could, but months passed with no improvement. "Man's extremity is God's opportunity," however. I was invited to attend a Christian Science testimony meeting and was introduced to a Christian Scientist whose first words opened for me the door of hope which materia medica was fast closing. I shall always be most grateful for the kind and very definite answer to my anxious question. Without wanting to know anything about me or my trouble, he said, "Of course Christian Science will heal." He told me that my son was in reality in perfect health then. Work was taken up in Christian Science, and the boy received his healing, although the demonstration was not complete until some months later.

The understanding which I have gained since becoming a church member has freed me from constant headache, and a threatened physical trouble has been completely healed.
