"The way of God's appointing"

The problems of young people today, as well as those of adults, seem to have increased. Their solution, however, is provided for in the study and understanding of Christian Science. Sudden changes of plan at school, at home, separation from friends and family, adjustment to new surroundings, are only a few of the situations that must and can be worked out.

One of the important and comforting truths to be realized is that God's plan is already complete and perfect, and that our need is to see man's relationship to it. There is no need for anxiety, no need even to know the final working out, as long as we are relying on His guidance.

Working out a problem in Christian Science is a little like driving a car over a country road where there are no street lights and few houses. If we are traveling along a familiar road at night, the lights of the car make it possible for us to drive on with perfect confidence that we shall arrive at our destination safely and at the proper time. They pierce the darkness enough to enable us to read the markings that are placed beside the road for our guidance.
