Gratitude for inspiration, encouragement, and help received from the testimonies in the Christian Science periodicals over a period of many years prompts me to share my earliest experience in Christian Science.
Although I was greatly in need of physical healing at the time I began the study of Christian Science, I did not turn to it for that purpose.
Gratitude to God for leading me to study Christian Science, and for the enjoyment of its boundless blessings for more than twenty-five years, impels me to testify that the truth heals when lived and practiced in accordance with the teachings in our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.

I believe that a normal growth in the understanding of Christian Science requires participation, where at all possible, in the activities of a Christian Science church organization.
Christian Science has done so much for me that I must endeavor to put my gratitude into words.
I am most grateful for Christian Science and for all it has done for me.
