I wish to express my sincere...
I wish to express my sincere gratitude to God for the many blessings and healings which I have received through the study and application of Christian Science.
I shall never cease to be grateful for the first healing I had, because it came to me at a time when I thought I was not ready to accept Christian Science. I had growths on my hands which became very painful. I consulted a physician, who said the only thing to do was to operate. At this time my mother, who was interested in Christian Science, told me of this truth. She said: "God is Love; He is good. Therefore you, as God's child and reflection, can reflect only goodness and Love. Do not make a reality of this condition. It is not good and cannot be from God." I thought a great deal about what she had said and knew it to be the truth. Several days later I awoke one morning and found I had been healed.
