Don's whistle sounded gay and clear, first from the attic and then from the basement, making up in volume what it may have lacked in accuracy, for Don was a very happy boy. He was going to camp this year, for the first time, on his own. Don's mother smiled in sympathy as she repacked and rechecked "soap, towels, sweater," and all the other items on the printed list.

"Remember, Don," Mother said as she kissed him good-by, "divine Love is with you, always and everywhere."

"Of course, Mother," Don's shining eyes smiled confidently back at her.
