Christian Science was presented to me when I had prayed to be shown a way out of the discord, uncertainty, and ill-health with which my family and I were faced. A way was shown to us. It was God's way, and we have since recognized it as being the only way. Our troubles fell away as my wife and I studied the Bible and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. With the loving aid of a practitioner my wife soon was freed from the most troublesome difficulties.

Today, after just two years of studying Christian Science, I am most grateful that unhappiness, resulting from separation from my wife and children, has been completely overcome by knowing the truth about man's real identity and through the realization that God is caring for all.

God is indeed an ever-present help. The import of Jesus' words (Luke 22:42), "Not my will, but thine, be done," has been of tremendous help during the many difficulties with which I have been faced whilst I have been in the Royal Air Force.
