Many years ago I had what I then considered to be a miraculous healing of a chronic and hereditary disease, which the doctor said nothing but an operation could cure. Through the loving help and consecrated work of the practitioner I was healed. I am grateful to God for the overcoming of the habits of smoking and social drinking, and also for moral regeneration.

Some time ago I had wonderful protection when my car suddenly left the road, went down an embankment, and turned over. I was not able to get out until help came, and when asked if I was hurt I answered, "No," and walked to where my son was visiting. They went out to see the car and came back hurriedly to make sure I was all right, because the car was so badly damaged. I had no ill effects afterwards.

I am sincerely grateful for the privilege of class instruction, which has been an inestimable help, also for membership in The Mother Church and in a branch church. I can never be grateful enough to the friend who first introduced Christian Science to me. Our gratitude to Mary Baker Eddy is best shown by our devotion to the Cause of Christian Science.—(Mrs.) Bessie Harris, London, England.
