I have received much help and encouragement from the testimonies in the Sentinel, and it is with a heart full of sincere gratitude and the desire to help and encourage others that I am offering mine.

I experience peace and many blessings from the daily study of the Lesson-Sermons in the Christian Science Quarterly.

For a period of thirteen years I had been suffering from intermittent headaches, and was finally forced to wear strong-lens glasses, which I did for two years without any relief. The spells became more frequent and frightened my mother, who then asked a Christian Science practitioner to help me. Help was lovingly given by this practitioner, who advised me to purchase and read the Bible and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy. This I did.
