The Psalmist tells us, "It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High;" and again: "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing."

Our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, says in Science and Health (p. 569), "He that touches the hem of Christ's robe and masters his mortal beliefs, animality, and hate, rejoices in the proof of healing,—in a sweet and certain sense that God is Love."

For the past twenty-five years I have been studying Christian Science, and words are inadequate to express my gratitude for what that study has done for me. From the time I was two years old I suffered from what physicians called bronchial asthma. Many doctors were consulted but no permanent relief was obtained. Finally, after several years, my parents were told that the condition was incurable, nothing more could be done for me, the longest I could live was three months, and it was useless to spend any more money for medical attention.
