The kingdom of heaven ... could not be complete without every child of God. It is just because there is no one out of the range of His interest, no individual beyond the circle of His Christly care, that He is the great and gracious Deity to whom we want to give our hearts.

We rise to divine devotion and the rich blessedness of Christian experience only when we thoroughly realize and actually live on the basis of this truth. It opens the door and leads us out beyond frustration, envy, jealousy, and hate. It lifts us to the mountain-top, where we can see that life has eternal meaning, worth, and value.
