It has long been my desire to express appreciation for the many benefits I have enjoyed from the study and application of Christian Science. I was a weak, sickly child, and my parents consulted many members of the medical profession, who pronounced the trouble to be tuberculosis of the marrow of the bone. Their reports aroused much fear and were most discouraging. Finally, my mother asked a Christian Science practitioner to help me. Two weeks later my father, whose ignorance of the truth caused him to doubt its healing efficacy, had me examined again by a well-known specialist in the city. He pronounced me well, and found no trace of any diseased condition.

This healing took place when I was about nine years of age. From that time to this, Christian Science has been my only physician. At the age of ten I remember people remarking about my healthy appearance, and since that time I have been able to have a perfect attendance at school, and have passed many physical examinations required by school or business. I owe my supply to Christian Science, and it has helped me very much in my contact and relationships with others. My blessings are too numerous to mention.
