True Business

TODAY when there are so many changes, so many apparent stoppages in human activities, it behooves us to consider often what real activity is, and where it is founded.

To the Christian, the beloved Bible points the way of Life. Jesus proved the truths contained in the spiritual teachings of the older Scriptures, which, to the apathetic, had become dry and meaningless. Alert and active in the goodness which God gives, he realized and proved the spiritual import of the Word. Those who in Jesus' time accepted his teachings, proved God to be present with them, and signs of their understanding appeared in their healing work.

In our age, Mary Baker Eddy, the consecrated Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, restored and unfolded to the world the understanding of Jesus' methods and set them forth with scientific precision. She proved them practical by her own works. She has stated her demonstrated knowledge of God simply and fully in her textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures." She makes it quite clear that since the goodness of God is forever present, the Science of Christianity is for all to use in the solving of any and every problem. The Bible becomes illumined. Scriptural sayings take on new meanings and are found to be of practical value in everyday experience.
