It is with a deep sense of gratitude to God, the Giver of all good, for the many blessings that have come to me through the study and application of Christian Science as taught by our revered Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, in Science and Health and her other writings, that I desire to give this testimony.

After suffering for twenty years from asthma and many other diseases, including heart trouble, lung trouble, and sick headache, which physicians, surgeons, and specialists said could not be cured, I have been healed and am able to enjoy life, through the understanding of Truth, as taught and practiced by our Master and Way-shower, Christ Jesus. For over fifteen years I have been proving the truth of Christian Science, and I have found that when honestly and humbly sought and applied it heals the sick and meets our daily needs.

I desire here to express sincere thanks to the consecrated practitioners who so lovingly and patiently worked with me and for me in those days of darkness, until I felt the healing power of divine Love in my consciousness and knew the truth, the truth which Jesus said "shall make you free."
