Christian Science is the Comforter to all mankind. It came to me when the shadows of death hovered near, for I was healed of a broken back. Materia medica doomed me to six months in shells and a year or more in a brace. Thanks to God, through reading Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy I realized a complete healing in less than four months from the time I was sentenced. This truth has brought great joy, happiness, peace, and health to me and to the loved ones in the home. It is a proof of God's ever-presence.

I am deeply grateful for having had class instruction, even though it came when I was a very young student of Science, for it has given me the right foundation from which to progress and carry on God's work. The right foundation ensures right results if we are earnest and sincere, for God leads men in the paths of righteousness only.

I am filled with gratitude to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for giving to mankind Christian Science, the Comforter, which is healing the nations.
