A sense of deep gratitude for the unfailing help of Christian Science during the past eighteen years prompts a desire to share my blessings with others who may find inspiration therein.

My first healing was of chronic constipation, considered by physicians at the time so serious that an operation was recommended immediately. With the help of a Christian Science practitioner I was permanently freed of this difficulty in less than a week. Many other beautiful healings followed: migraine headaches, the removal of glasses that had been worn for years, chronic sore throats, influenza, colds, and a broken toe. Truly I benefited abundantly by "signs following."

Some time ago a lecture brought me freedom from a susceptibility to drafts of every kind. The lecturer said in effect that when we are outdoors we enjoy the air to the fullest degree, but when this same air becomes a draft in a room it seems to bring much discomfort. This was so applicable to my case that I listened closely for the counteracting statement: Are we going to let unintelligent air govern our bodies, or shall we honor God, who is all intelligence? Remembering and applying this, I have never again felt discomfort from a draft.
