The blessings which I have experienced since coming into Christian Science six years ago are indeed many, but I wish to relate particularly one experience which was outstanding.
As long as I can remember I was not strong but was in a state of nervous exhaustion; and as I grew to girlhood I did not seem to improve, for a great sense of dread was always over me.
Do not only contend with evil thoughts or inclinations of the will but get thyself earnestly engaged with a good thought or purpose until those evil thoughts vanish.
