The Lectures
Introductions to Lectures
Copenhagen, Denmark (First Church).
Lecturer: Peter V. Ross; introduced by Miss Ulla von Rosen, who said:—
It is always a very great event for us all to attend a Christian Science lecture here in our field in Copenhagen. If we come to it with an open heart and mind it will be to us the message of healing which will bring us out of all inharmonious conditions. I had a wonderful experience twelve years ago when attending my first lecture in Stockholm. Just before I started from Copenhagen I was attacked by a very severe case of bronchitis which almost stopped my hearing; but I went knowing that the truth would make me free, with the result that I heard every word of this lecture. The lesson which I learned on that occasion about the nothingness of matter has been an invaluable help to me ever since.
