I am very grateful that divine Love has led me into the paths of Christian Science. About fifteen years ago my attention was directed to Christian Science through the help received by a relative who had been very much benefited by it. The moral regeneration I experienced is beyond description. At that time I did not need physical help, but since then my family and I have had numerous demonstrations of the healing efficacy of Christian Science, and I should like to relate a few of them.

Shortly before we came into Christian Science a daughter was born. Friends and relatives said she would never live, or if she did would never walk or talk. The so-called anæmic condition seemed very real to us for almost two years. During all this time the child was under the constant medical treatment of one of our city's best-known doctors, who finally said he could do no more. We then decided to try Christian Science. A practitioner was asked to work on the case, and after three or four treatments the little girl was able to sit up, walk, and talk. She later became a pupil in the Christian Science Sunday School.

This same child had another experience. One day while roller skating she went too near the edge of the sidewalk and fell backward against the curbstone, breaking her right arm above the elbow. When I came home from work I found her lying on a couch with an arm much out of shape. A practitioner was asked to help us. After several treatments, without aid of splint or bandage, the arm was restored to its rightful shape, and in less than three weeks the child was back at school.
