Annual Meeting of The Mother Church
The Annual Meeting of The Meeting of The Mother Church for 1931, held on June 8, marked a distinct advance in the progress of the Christian Science movement. The mental atmosphere of the occasion was characterized by confidence and joy.
The meeting began with the singing of hymn 196, "Shepherd, show me how to go," by Mary Baker Eddy. The retiring President, Duncan Sinclair, C.S.B., then read the following selections from the Bible and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures":
THE BIBLE
Psalms 9:1, 2
Isaiah 42:1—4
John 15:7—9, 26, 27
