Majestic word!
Though oft profanely spoken,
It sounds the heights and depths
Of God's most sovereign power.
Its law is ageless,
Changeless, never to be broken;
Before its high significance,
Base counterfeits must cower.

The All of good,
That knows no limitation;
Holding no seed of hate,
Of evil, discord, strife;
Its touch brings healing,
Blessing, hope, and consolation,
Releasing from all fear of death,
For Love, indeed, is Life.
