I should like to tell of an experience I had about two years ago. I suffered severely from an eruption, and was not able to overcome this alone. So I turned to a Christian Science practitioner in order to gain a better understanding of how divine Love helps and heals. For two weeks I visited the practitioner twice a week; but in the third week I was unable to speak to her, on account of an interruption in traffic. I, however, received a letter from the practitioner which blessed and helped me a great deal. She said in her letter that she gave me a treatment daily, and that the error would certainly dissolve into its nothingness. Then I turned away from my body, and was no longer afraid that error could have any power over me or annoy me. This thought gave me such a wonderful illumination that from that very hour I felt I was healed.

I express my profound gratitude to our loyal and beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy. I am also sincerely grateful to all the dear Christian Scientists for the help and love they have given me in the past years.
