Portola Reporter

Portola, California (Society).—The local Christian Science Society is now holding regular services in its new church edifice on Nevada Street at Third Avenue. The church building is complete with a seating capacity for fifty people; and ample provisions for a larger seating capacity and a Reading Room are to be added later. The structure is of first-class workmanship of a dignified bungalow type, in keeping with the surroundings of a California mountain town.—Portola Reporter.
