The loving example of a friend and teacher who was a Christian Scientist led me to the Christ, Truth, and for the last seventeen years Christian Science has been my only help in solving my problems. At one time I became suddenly blind. Through the loving help of a friend, and steadfastly holding to our Leader's statement in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 228) that "to acknowledge any other power is to dishonor God," my sight was restored. I have had many other healings, some of which have been instantaneous and others slow. When the healing, whether physical, financial, or of whatever nature, has seemed slow, I have found that the uncovering and overcoming of some hidden error has brought the complete freedom.

I am very grateful for the many blessings which have come to me through Christian Science.
