Some years ago Christian Science found me in a very poor condition of health. Since childhood seeming delicacy had kept me away from school and from doing other things that most children did. One day I heard two people conversing about Christian Science and how it healed sickness. This quite impressed me, although I had not the slightest conception of what Christian Science was. About a week later I tried to find out. Many things were explained to me then that I had never been able to understand before. I began to study "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and there I found what I had been seeking for a number of years,—namely, the truth. Through my reading of this book my whole condition was improved.

Some time ago I lost the use of my hand. I was sent to the doctor by my parents because they did not understand Christian Science. the doctor put my arm in a splint, but could not say what the trouble was. At the same time I called a Christian Science practitioner for treatment. I was relieved of the pain with the help of the practitioner, but the hand still remained useless. As I gained a sense of freedom through continued help,—the freedom which is our heritage as children of God,—I was freed from this bondage. The arm was healed, and I have never had any return of that trouble.

I am truly thankful for the blessings Christian Science has brought to me, and for the loving help I have received from my friends. Words cannot express my gratitude to Mrs. Eddy for giving us the "Key" to the Bible. For the privilege of teaching in the Sunday school I am also very grateful. My gratitude to God is boundless. — (Miss) Marie Agnes Harlow, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
