Christian Science came into my life about fourteen years ago. At that time I was suffering from a complication of diseases which had defied the skill of physicians for about thirty years. Sick headaches, catarrh, piles, stomach trouble, rheumatism, constipation, fallen womb, croup, and diphtheritic sore throat made life most miserable. The first one of these ills to leave me was constipation; all the others followed, so that in but a few weeks I felt myself to be well. Is it any wonder that I am grateful for Christian Science? Giving out Christian Science literature and telling others of my healing have been the means of starting a number of people in the study of this wonderful Science. A few years ago I sprained my ankle. A practitioner was called, and a complete healing followed, although somewhat slowly owing to the fact that the wrong condition seemed very real to me.

I am grateful to God, who is "our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble;" to Christ Jesus, the Way-shower; and to our dear Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, who has given us through love and labor that wonderful book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures."
