For the fact that I am experiencing a most joyous and active life, the blessed religion, Christian Science, is responsible. The practical application of its teachings for the last nine years, during which time I have been a sincere student, has always brought me great good.

The physical healings have not been slow. Pleurisy, which had been deemed chronic, has been met instantly. Astigmatism, which forced me to wear glasses for more than ten years, was overcome in one treatment, seven years ago. There has not been a single indication of its return; and I have since had perfect freedom without using glasses. Christian Science has corrected my whole outlook on life, elevating my concept of my relation to God and man, and affording me anticipations of greater good to come.

I cannot express fully my heartfelt gratitude for and appreciation of church membership, its activities, and the privilege of serving in the Sunday school, or for our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, and all her writings.
