It is with deepest gratitude that I add another testimony to the long list of those rejoicing in the healing and regenerating power of Christian Science. This wonderful truth was first presented to me in the fall of 1904, and I have never doubted that "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy is indeed the "Key" to the Scriptures. I had been reared in a so-called orthodox church, but could not fully accept its teachings; consequently, when a great trial came into my life, I turned to the Bible for help, and found there that we must do the works of our great Master, Christ Jesus. The question naturally arose, How can they be done? With this condition of confused thought, I closed the Bible; and in this mental state I began reading Christian Science. It helped me to forgive and forget; it helped to dispel resentment and self-pity; and it healed me of many discordant conditions.

I had been reading but a few days when I was healed of a very painful condition which at frequent intervals had made it necessary for me to stay in bed. About two years ago I was healed in fortyeight hours from the effects of a very painful accident to one of my ankles, caused by a fall. The pain was so great I could not put my foot to the floor; but the second day I walked with perfect freedom, and it troubled me no more. These are only a few of the many blessings I have had through the help of Christian Science. My mother, who is nearly eighty years old, has been healed of a very bad case of high blood pressure of long standing. She had very little help from others; the healing followed the continued reading of Science and Health.

We have had many other wonderful proofs of the healing, protecting, and regenerating power of Christian Science.
