It is a joy to think that my few words of testimony to the truth as taught in Christian Science may be the light to shine in some one's mental darkness. Many years ago my daughter had been operated upon by two famous doctors on account of a discharge from the nose and mouth that discolored her pillow every night. This operation removing tonsils and adenoids did not do any good. In my discouragement I implored them for further help. They said I must take her to a very high altitude. This of itself did no physical good, but in this "high altitude" I met a Christian Science practitioner. I had been there three long months and was about to leave in despair, when I asked for just one treatment from the practitioner. The next morning my daughter's pillow was snow white, and during these many years the healing has been complete.

The physicians sent me to the highest physical altitude, but from there I climbed to a much higher spiritual altitude, where God alone is the one perfect, unerring Physician. Many other perfect results have been experienced since then, for which mere gratitude to Mary Baker Eddy for her simple, practical teaching, making so clear just what Jesus taught about God, seems an inadequate return.
