My children and I have all experienced the healing influence of Christian Science, and we are very thankful to God and grateful to Mrs. Eddy for the truth which for a time was lost to us, but is found.

Several years ago I was in great distress, suffering from gallstones. I was unable to attend to my household duties, or to walk. I called a doctor. who gave me various kinds of medicine, which failed to help me. He then advised a surgical operation, to which I refused to consent, and I asked my son to write to a practitioner for absent treatment. In a short time I was able to take the train to go and see the practitioner, after which I was able to walk and began to do my housework. I was healed and there has not been any return of the difficulty. God made man in His image and likeness, and God, divine Mind, is never sick, therefore man cannot be, but is perfect. I am thankful to God for the truth as revealed through our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.
