I cannot thank God enough for what He has done for me through Christian Science, and I wish to add my testimony to the many that have been given. I had been threatened with serious physical trouble, and I took up the study of Christian Science after the physician had said I could not live for one year, and medicine was not helping me. This was several years ago, and I have been reading and studying Christian Science ever since.

Some time ago I was stricken with paralysis while doing a little washing. I was carried into my room in a semiconscious condition and almost helpless. My daughter was sent for, and upon her arrival she immediately sent for a Christian Science practitioner, although bitterly opposed by nearly every one in the apartment house. The practitioner told me that she had only been with me a few moments when I raised myself up on my elbows, and before she left I could move my left hand; inside of three days my mouth and speech were normal, and now, thanks to my dear heavenly Father, I have fully recovered. I am grateful for all the Christian Science literature. I enjoy reading the Sentinel, Journal, and Monitor, and I read and study "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. I am so grateful for the uplift and the help I receive daily.
