For more than ten years Truth, as taught in Christian Science, has been my only physician. I feel it a privilege to give to other sick and sorrowing ones an account of my own healing, that they may share my blessings; for God is not partial, and what He does for one He does for all, when we understand His law and are obedient thereto.

For a number of years I suffered from a spinal affection. The several doctors consulted told me there was no cure for my trouble and that as years went on I would get worse and probably become a hopeless invalid. No one can realize the darkness and despair of contemplating such a future who has not experienced such a verdict. Since having Christian Science treatment I have gained in strength and health every day, and now I am able to be a help to my loved ones, whereas once I thought I could only be a burden. The joy which comes with the knowledge of man's freedom as a child of God, and that God never created imperfection, is a heritage which can never be taken from me.
