I can no longer withhold my testimony of what Christian Science has been to me for the last seven years. I became interested in it through the ministrations of two aunts, who brought me the truth when I was in sore need, as I had been forced to give up a position on account of weakness caused by constant standing. At the same time I was passing through a trying mental trouble, so that seemingly I had no interest or desire to live; I was morbid with self-pity, self-condemnation, self-love, and my aunts had to display much patience. Finally Truth reached the condition and healed me, bringing peace and hope and joy again. Physically I was healed completely, so that I was able to return to my work and stand sometimes fourteen hours continuously without ill effects. As the truth dawned upon my consciousness, material affairs gradually shaped themselves harmoniously, and I have since seen Christian Science successfully applied to every kind of problem. Recently under Science treatment I passed through a most trying period with little discomfort. My baby was beautifully healed of infant colic in one treatment. Best of all, the old belief of morbid self-condemnation and self-pity has been replaced by the knowledge that there is no condemnation to those who love God.

I am deeply thankful for Christian Science, and that the light of Love is transforming the darkness of mortal belief as fast as what I learn of God as Mind is put into practice.
