I wish to testify how deeply grateful I am for Christian Science, for the great help it has been to me. I used to suffer very much from severe headaches, which were so bad that I often spent two days a week in a darkened room, unable to do anything; but ever since my first treatment in Christian Science, headaches have entirely disappeared. I also had a dread of colds, as they lasted a long while. I have proved, however, that what Mrs. Eddy says in Science and Health is true, namely, that "God never punishes man for doing right, for honest labor, or for deeds of kindness, though they expose him to fatigue, cold, heat, contagion" (p. 384). Though exposed to cold and damp on two occasions when I was endeavoring to be of use to others, I was able to overcome my fear and experienced no bad results. What I am most grateful for is the knowledge that the more I manifest Love, the more I shall be made free from all discordant conditions.—Mrs. Mary Inman, London, England.
