It is with a grateful heart that I add my testimony to those who have found this wonderful healing truth and have been helped by it. Some years ago, while away from home, I became interested in Christian Science and had proofs of its benefits; but upon my return home, being among those who knowing nothing about it were prejudiced, I drifted away from it; my interests were in other directions, as I had during that time been married.

It was before our little son came to us that the doctor told me to take good care of myself; but with all the care it was a long, hard struggle, which left me in a bad physical condition and necessitated my leaving home and baby that an operation might be performed, and more than a year elapsed before I began to feel at all strong. Meanwhile, my interest in Christian Science was again awakened by the visit to my home of a sister who is a Christian Scientist; and before our little daughter came, in March, 1911, my renewed seeking after this wonderful truth was abundantly rewarded, as I seemed called upon to face a very extreme condition of fear expressed by all my friends and family who were about me, because of the statements of the physicians who had been with me through my first experience and their view of the probable outcome of my case.

Again my sister came to be with me, and with her help and a faithful daily study of Christian Science, the fears around me disappeared, so that all the conditions attending the birth were normal. I was up and around in ten days. and my sister left me in two weeks; but there was still another blessing in store for me. A short time after, there were indications of an internal trouble, which the physician verified upon examination, saying that only another operation would remedy it; but by turning to divine Love, I was healed in Christian Science through absent treatment and my own persistent study entirely, and am now stronger than I ever was in my life.
