I have been the recipient of manifold blessings through the knowledge of Christian Science, and I wish to express my gratitude. Thirteen years ago I was healed in two weeks' treatment of one form of St. Vitus' dance, and have never had the slightest manifestation of it since. It was at this time that I began the study of the literature for myself, as I had first had treatment eighteen years ago, but after receiving help forgot all about it for five years.

The next healing I experienced was in a case of severe cold, affecting the lungs. I was having chills, and had suffered in this way each winter since I was a little girl. It had always been feared that after one of these attacks I would go into a decline, as I was said to have inherited this disease from two grandparents. My healing was at this time accomplished in two days, and entirely through the reading of our text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy. Six years ago I was saved from asphyxiation by gas after being unconscious for two hours, and I suffered no after effects. This accident occurred one night about ten o'clock, and the next morning I was as well as ever, having no knowledge of what had taken place until my family told me. In this case no practitioner was called, but the healing was brought about through my mother's clear understanding of the ever-presence and all-power of God in time of need.

My husband has been healed of heart trouble and extreme nervous exhaustion. I have seen in my own family the gradual overcoming of a strong will and quick temper, also the healing of a skin disease, acute stomach trouble, and many other ills. I am especially grateful for the peace and contentment which have been brought into my daily life by Christian Science.
