AMONG THE CHURCHES
A Thanksgiving service was held in The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Mass., Thursday, Nov. 24, in accordance with the order of service prescribed in the Manual for The Mother Church and its branch churches. The meeting was largely attended, and many improved the opportunity which was given at the close of the reading of the Lesson-Sermon, for brief testimonies of thanksgiving and gratitude.
Reports received from many of the branch churches indicate a general observance of the Thanksgiving service, and that a multitude of testimonies appreciative of the blessings of Christian Science were given.
