With a sense of profound gratitude I desire to give the testimony of my healing, that it may be of benefit to others. Two months ago there appeared a manifestation of disease which, when examined by a physician, was said to be the same as that from which my mother had suffered and passed away, and my family were naturally apprehensive for me. Some of my children are interested in Christian Science, and they of course preferred this treatment. I had a practitioner take my case, and the truth was clearly and most beautifully demonstrated all the way through. That Truth has the power to destroy pain, was proven; when a paroxysm of pain would come on I would be relieved. I did not have to suffer, as the abscess came naturally to a climax and discharged without medical aid.

I am now in my seventy-second year, and this is but one of the many healings that have come to me in the past two years through Christian Science. While I do not call myself a Scientist, I am deeply interested, and so thankful to God for the many blessings that have come to me and my loved ones through the discovery of this great and wonderful truth. —
