It is now over ten years since I became interested in Christian Science. I was healed of a long-standing disease through reading the Christian Science text-book, and the Bible became a new book to me after reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy. I have had many proofs of the power of Truth over error. One case of healing, though it may seem small, was another proof of the power of God to heal. A few years ago a disagreeable eruption appeared on my wrist, and continued to grow larger, until it became quite noticeable. It seemed best that I should have some help, so I wrote for treatment to a Christian Science practitioner at a distance. In a few days the trouble disappeared entirely and has never returned. Many times I have occasion to say, Thank God for Christian Science, and for our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, who has shown us the way.

We have no services here, and there are only three Scientists that I know of in this town, but my brother and I read the Lesson-Sermon together every Sunday.
