I was a member of an orthodox church for fifty years, and was brought into Christian Science by the healing of my wife. She was a great sufferer for many years, but thanks be to God, through the teaching of Mrs. Eddy in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" she has been relieved of all suffering and is to-day a well woman. This led me to the study of that wonderful book, and seeing it to be the same truth that Christ Jesus taught and practised, I accepted it as such, and came to it for healing. I have been healed of many ills, including stomach and bowel troubles, etc. Some of our children have also been led into this truth through having been healed. This spring two of our daughters met with an accident that was of a serious character, but all bad results were quickly met and overcome by Science. The healing in one night of what was feared would require a surgical operation was a positive proof of God's manifested presence in our midst. When our children and grandchildren from a distance visit us we say to them that we have no medicine now but Christian Science. Our physician is the great God who is All-in-all, who is Life, Truth, and Love. I want to acknowledge my great gratitude to Mrs. Eddy for this revelation and what it is doing for the world to-day.
