Words fail to express my gratitude for Christian Science

Words fail to express my gratitude for Christian Science. It has taught us how to work out many problems through the understanding of divine Love. Twelve years ago I was instantly healed of very severe pain; this was my first trial of the truth for physical healing and I found that it does indeed make free. Although error seemed to hold us in bondage for a few years, and we saw dark days of anguish and sorrow, we knew that what Truth had done for others could be done for us and we are indeed thankful that we are no longer held in bondage. About three months ago our little girl was stricken with what seemed a severe form of typhoid fever, and we feared that she was passing on, but, thanks to divine Love, she was instantly healed. Three weeks ago we had a wonderful demonstration at the birth of a child. The birth was natural, and I was out of my room the third day with no bad results.

We are thankful to God for His many blessings and grateful to Mrs. Eddy for giving to the world the knowledge of the truth. We are also thankful for the Christian Science literature, which helps us on our way toward eternal harmony.—ETTA M. WATTERS, Turtle Creek, Pa.
